By Car: From Rapid City, South Dakota, take I-90 west to U.S. 14A (Exit 30), then continue west for 13 miles through scenic Boulder Canyon to Deadwood. From points west, drive east on I-90 to U.S. 85 (Exit 17) and proceed south about 7 miles.

By Air: Rapid City Regional Airport, served by Northwest, Skywest/Delta Connection and United, is 14 miles east of Rapid City on state route 44. Drive west on 44 to downtown Rapid City, then north to I-90.
